HRDC Online Grant System
All applications for refund from HRDC must be done online. Manual applications are no longer accepted.
Employers can avail of the online system for the submission of G1 and G3, which should reach HRDC at least three days before the start date of the MQA approved course. Apply online well before 3 days to ensure approval is obtained on time.
Employers must submit Form G3 within due dates to HRDC after completing the course with their invoice, attendance certificate, payment receipt (in prescribed format) and ID number of the participants — otherwise the application may be rejected.

Payment Terms
Payment by cheque should accompany your Booking Form. Seats are allocated on a First Paid Basis. All payments should reach us one week before the start of the course.
Withdrawals / Refund
- 100% reimbursed if written notification of withdrawal is received at our office at latest TWO WEEKS before the start of the course.
- 50% reimbursed if written notification of withdrawal is received at our office at latest ONE WEEK before the start of the course.
- No refund will be entertained if the request is made within 7 days before the start of the course.
- In case of Force Majeure (act of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strike, illness, adverse weather, etc.), 50% of course fees will be reimbursed within 30 days following cancellation.
- Quick Focus Mauritius shall not be held responsible for any Force Majeure resulting in cancellation of the workshop prior to the scheduled date and shall refund 50% as stipulated above.
HRDC Refund
Participants are responsible for making their own claim for refund according to the terms and conditions laid down by the HRDC. For more information refer to www.hrdc.mu.
Governing Law
This document is governed and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Mauritius without regard to the conflicts of laws. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall make their best efforts to resolve the dispute amicably through negotiations, failing which mediation or arbitration shall be resorted to.
