HRDC ONLINE GRANT SYSTEM
All application for refund from HRDC must be done online. Manual application are no longer accepted.
Employers can avail of the online system for the submission of G1 and G3 which should reach HRDC at least three days before the start date of the MQA approved Course. You apply online well before 3 days to ensure approval is obtained on time.
Employers must fill submit Form G3 within due dates to HRDC after completing the course with their invoice, attendance certificate, payment receipt (in prescribed format) and ID number of the participants, otherwise application maybe rejected.

Terms & Conditions
Payment Terms
Payment by cheque should accompany your Booking Form. Seats are allocated on a First Paid Basis. All payments should reach one week before start of course.
Withdrawals/Refund
- 50% of course fees paid will be reimbursed to the participant in case of act of God, war, act of terrorism, civil unrest, strike, conditions beyond our control, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing, illness, emergency or adverse weather (heinafter referred to as Force Majeure), or within 30 days following the date of cancellation.
- 100% of course fees paid will be reimbursed if notification of withdrawal in writing is received at our office at latest TWO WEEKS before start of course.
- 50% of course fees paid will be reimbursed if notification of withdrawal in writing is received at our office at latest ONE WEEK before start of course.
- No refund will be entertained if made within 7 days before start of course.
In case of any "Force Majeur" Quick Focus Mauritius shall not be held responsible for any force majeure, which may result in cancellation of the workshop prior to the scheduled date and shall refund 50% of course fees to the participant as stipulated above.
HRDC Refund
The participants are responsible to making their own claim for refund according to the terms and conditional laid down by the HRDC. For More information refer to their Website www.hrdc.mu
Governing Law
This present document is governed and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Mauritius without regards to the conflicts of laws. In the event of a dispute relating to this Agreement, both parties shall make their best efforts to resolve the dispute amicably through negotiations failing which mediation or arbitration shall be resolved to.
